Suzie, this is really good information for people who are trying loose weight! That’s how I did it and I’ve been able to keep the weight off for a long time. It’s way too easy to eat over your limit of calories in a day if you do not pay attention to what and when you eat. I was on that yo yo for way to long!
Hi Linda! Thank you for your comment. It really helps those out there who are ready to make that commitment. It’s not easy, but once you get the hang of being aware and knowing that it’s the portion size, caloric content and when to stop, it becomes natural. The food journal is key and so is knowing when you might be eating out of boredom, or whatever else that may trigger people.
Sometimes eating can be mindless which leads to many unwanted pounds. I know it’s not easy be disciplined. That’s why you look so great! See you soon, Suzie!
